The City Inspector's duties include:
- Issuing permits for new construction and for remodeling
- Inspection of building, electric, mechanical and plumbing
- Handling nuisance complaints
- Housing & property maintenance inspection
- Administration of planning or zoning laws
- Floodplain management
- Information Technology Systems
- Additional related and ancillary duties
Timothy is licensed by the State of Oklahoma and certified by the International Code Council as a residential building inspector, commercial building inspector and a residential plumbing inspector.
Timothy received Certification from Eastern Oklahoma Technology Center as an Oklahoma Code Enforcement Officer, and is a member of the Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association.
