Melody Theadman began as a City Council Member in April 2013. After moving out of her ward, she was elected to City Clerk in April 2015. Melody has lived in Alva most of her life. Melody graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and has worked at the Alva Farmer's Co-op for 36 years. Melody is married to William Theadman and they have two children, Zach and Cari, as well as two grandsons.
